This is such a crazy thing that is a major problem! I’m sure patent trolls are messing things up for people in a variety of industries, but I am definitely aware of how threatening it is to podcasting. Electronic Frontier Foundation is working with a legal team against a major patent being used to threaten podcasters but they need help! One crucial thing they are doing is locating examples or Prior Art. If you can’t find that but would like to donate to help fund the filing fees, feel free!
