Another reason why facebook overwhelms me

So sometimes I’m just minding my own business, looking at a blog that I know several people in my general circle of friends/acquaintances also look at. And then I scroll far down enough and the right sidebar thing tells me which of my facebook friends liked or shared specific articles from that blog or however it works. This thing has zero regard for who I have hidden on my facebook news feed and tells me about these people and what they like anyway. I know you’re probably like “Duh, just unfriend them you dummy.” But for these specific people it’s, like, complicated and shit. And it’s sort of uncool of me to straight up unfriend them. But as long as I hide them on facebook, I have a temporary break from thinking about them and all of the anguish they cause at this period in my life. That is until this blog I love has reminded me that so-and-so liked this article and whats-their-face shared this other article. If a blog were a person, I would tell them that it is just too much information and I don’t need to hear its life story. Alas.

Oh my

I just noticed that until a moment ago, this thing thought that I still live on the east coast and said I post things three hours ahead of when I actually have posted them. I’m sure that all 2 of the people who read this really care. So don’t worry, you guys. I fixed it. After almost a year and a half, I am ready to admit that I live in California.
